About Us

I am a professional chef and have worked in Hotel Grand Inter.Continental (Now Hotel Lalit) Cannaught Place, New Delhi for 2 years. I also worked in IBM Daksh before leaving the job and starting my own venture in Jammu.

In this blog I write simple recipes that Indians will find easy to cook and great to taste! I try using simple ingredients and equipments that are easily available in market. I don’t try anything fancy and all recipes listed on this website are simple, made with basic ingredients and that can be made at home using utensils/equipment already available in your kitchen.

Currently, I write here whenever I get time, usually once or twice a month. I will soon be starting writing more regularly along with recipe videos and step by step pictures of recipe. That’s coming soon!
